I
started in the construction field straight out of high school for
Leonard Baron Pool Plastering. We specialized in pool remodeling
and cool deck application, while attending college classes in
Residential Architecture Mechanical Design and CAD Drafting. After
completion of school, I worked as a Mechanical Designer in the
robotics industry but it didn’t take long to realize that I would
rather work with people than machines.
From there, I went to work for Red Hot Hearth & Home
to help build their new company. At Red Hot, we specialized in
outdoor living areas and fireplaces. I received my Fireplace and
Heat and Glow Certification from Hearth Products Association of
America. I worked at Red Hot for about 5 years before I got my
General Contractors License.
At that
point, I started John Keller Construction and focused on pool
related construction including pool houses, outdoor living areas,
barbeques and fireplaces. While I was running John Keller
Construction, my dad and I realized that by teaming up we could
offer the public more than your average pool builder. From my
father’s pool experience, Don’s designs and experience and Kim’s
endless design ideas, we have formed a well-rounded, full service,
customer-oriented company. I look forward to working with you soon!
